Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead – HR to oversee end-to-end recruitment activities and support organizational hiring goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Understand candidate career interests and assess suitability for roles
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to align on job requirements
  • Assign and track candidates for relevant open positions
  • Manage incoming applications, calls, and recruitment-related emails
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and evaluation ability
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR (preferred)
