Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes when required
  • Ensure smooth and timely closure of open positions

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes
  • Ability to evaluate candidate skills and job fit
  • Basic knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
