Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be patient, communicative, and capable of resolving issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
  • Record customer issues and follow up until resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and support
  • Maintain customer interaction records and update systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Patience and customer-handling ability
  • Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
