We are looking for a motivated AR Caller to manage insurance claims follow-up and ensure timely payment collection. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and knowledge of medical billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or denied claims
• Analyze claim status and identify reasons for delays or rejections
• Communicate with payers to resolve claim issues and discrepancies
• Update account status and maintain accurate records in billing systems
• Work on denial management and initiate corrective actions
• Coordinate with internal billing and coding teams for claim corrections
• Ensure timely reimbursement and reduce accounts receivable aging
• Maintain professionalism during all payer interactions

Requirements

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic understanding of medical billing and insurance process (preferred)
• Knowledge of denial management and AR follow-up process
• Ability to handle US healthcare calls (if applicable)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
